Women Fall in Love More Slowly | True Love

Is there really such a thing as love at first sight? For some yes, for some no. It's a well-known fact that women often take a little longer to really fall in love. Of course, that doesn't apply to every woman. Every woman is an individual. But it really is the case that, compared to men, women generally take a little longer until the sparks truly fly and the rose-colored glasses come on. But why is that?

Love takes time - building trust and security
Women want to be sure they can trust the person in front of them and feel safe with him. In this respect they're wired more strongly than men, who tend to approach the matter with more appetite for risk. And that doesn't just apply to a quick one-night stand or a quickie in a nightclub bathroom. Women need a kind of sheltered security. They're emotionally attached differently than men. Usually in a deeper, more feeling-driven way. While many men, for example, can separate love and sex without any problem, most women find this very hard. On top of that: women often only really fall in love after the first time with their partner. Because of the pheromones released here, an especially strong feeling of attachment arises, which is associated with their kind of being in love.
Men, on the other hand, "fall in love" first and foremost with the first visual impression. They catch sight of a pretty woman, and that's it for them. Now the hunters want to conquer their "prey." Once they've done that, either a deeper kind of love sets in, or they lose interest. That too differs from man to man.
Common ground connects - interests have to match
Unlike many men, who are very fixated on looks, women fall much more intensely for various other character traits in a man. If he has, for example, a confident aura and charisma, that attracts the woman magically. What also scores big are shared interests or the right sense of humor. Because women love to laugh. That creates feelings of happiness that make them feel attracted and connected. A certain cheeky charm is the final pinch of salt in the soup. Women find it appealing when the man comes across as a little cheeky and rebellious now and then. An exciting, tingling feeling! If the admirer gives his new flame the time she needs and doesn't push her into anything she (still) doesn't want, the situation is almost perfect.
Some women prefer to approach the whole thing slowly and with the necessary rational mind. They don't want to throw themselves blindly into an adventure that promises no great future from the start (for example long-distance relationships, extramarital affairs, etc.). Love is generally a question between heart and head anyway. Much of what seems unreasonable is ignored in the first phase of being head over heels in love and only comes to light much later. In this regard women are often more cautious. However, this doesn't always work on command either. You're often quite powerless against feelings. That goes for men as well as women and can't be easily generalized.
What women want:
- Trust
- Honesty
- Love
- Affection
- Attention
